56k Dial-Up Internet Access
Monthly:  $12.95/mth - Paid by check or money order only
Auto Credit Card transaction:  $11.95/mth
NOTICE:  Customer can cancel service at anytime.  No payments will be reimbursed at anytime.

1 Year:  $131.40 (Avg. $10.95/mth) by CC/Check/Money Order.
NOTICE:     Customer must register a credit card, but may pay by check if desired and will be invoiced annually. Customer is also responsible for keeping cards up to date.  Should customer agree to this contract, and cancel service early, no payments will be reimbursed at anytime.

2 Year:  $214.80 (Avg. $8.95/mth)   by CC/Check/Money Order.
NOTICE:  Customer must register a credit card, but may pay by check if desired and will be invoiced biennially. Customer is also responsible for keeping cards up to date.  Should customer agree to this contract, and cancel service early, no payments will be reimbursed at anytime.
