Brainstorming and Conceptual Proposals:
The second stage of the process is the most important and is where the rough outline of the custom applications we will propose to your organization will be created from the information gathered from the first step. We want you to be an active participant in this process to help us create applications that will streamline the way you do business. All stakeholders who will provide input and review or approval should be involved at this stage.
Development:
In this stage we develop a time schedule and budget for your project. The schedule will include periodic testing and evaluation of the applications. We will assemble a team that will work closely with you to ensure you are satisfied with the outcome of the project and its timely completion. Training materials and full technical documentation will be written as the software takes shape so you and future participants can easily understand the workings of the hardware and software.
Implementation/Troubleshooting:
Once the applications and all the required hardware are in place, the project can be fully implemented and tested in your real-world environment. This is the final test to the system we create for you and where we add final touches and refinements to ensure smooth operation.
Periodic Maintenance:
Once your system is in place, we help continue to improve and keep things up to date with quarterly maintenance evaluations to keep you informed on the latest developments in technology and how they can add value to your process
